The boundaries are part of the product.

01

Deployment choice

Hosted early access removes installation friction, while self-hosting remains available when operators need infrastructure control.

02

Deterministic before AI

Known failure classes follow explicit rules; ambiguity may be escalated without bypassing policy.

03

Authority follows risk

Higher-impact recovery actions remain behind policy or human approval.

04

Recoverable change

Versioning, audit evidence, and rollback are part of the intended recovery model.

Platform status

n8n is the first supported workflow-platform target. Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, and Kestra are planned connector targets and should not be treated as currently shipped integrations.

AI status

Claude is the first planned provider for ambiguous incident diagnosis. The implementation will redact context, validate structured output, enforce cost and circuit controls, and require human review for low-confidence results. It is not yet a publicly available product capability.

Preview limitations

The site currently demonstrates the product narrative and waitlist experience. It is not a production status page, security certification, service-level commitment, or claim of customer deployment.
