Know what failed.Control what happens next.

Turn workflow failures into clear incidents, controlled decisions, and recoverable responses on infrastructure you own.

Orchestria incident command showing evidence, containment, and a prepared recovery awaiting authorization

From failure signal to controlled recovery.

One operating model turns scattered execution evidence into an incident, a deliberate decision, and an auditable path back to healthy operation.

  1. Detect and group

Capture execution failures and correlate related evidence.

    Related events grouped
  2. Classify

Apply deterministic rules first; escalate ambiguity only when needed.

    Known timeout policy
  3. Contain or diagnose

Hold unsafe retries and keep side effects from spreading.

    Retry circuit held
  4. Authorize and recover

Prepare a versioned, reversible response for the right authority.

    Approval required

Self-hosted by design

Reliability without surrendering control.

Keep operational evidence, workflow versions, recovery policy, and audit history inside infrastructure your team controls.

What stays yours

The reliability layer lives inside your boundary.

Orchestria adds operational control without becoming the place where your workflows must run.

  • ExecutionYour workflow engine keeps running the work.
  • EvidenceOperational context remains available to your team.
  • PolicyAuthority is explicit, reviewable, and yours to define.
  • HistoryVersions and recovery decisions remain auditable.
Orchestria observes, decides, and prepares recovery. Your infrastructure remains the system of record.

Automation earns authority. It doesn’t assume it.

Low-risk, deterministic actions may proceed by policy. Higher-risk changes pause with evidence and a recoverable plan ready for review.

Observe by default

Evidence collection does not grant mutation authority.

Rules before AI

Known failures stay deterministic and explainable.

Version before change

Every recovery starts from a recoverable state.

Authority follows risk

Higher-impact actions pause for explicit approval.

Questions from early teams.

Is Orchestria another workflow engine?

No. Orchestria sits beside workflow platforms and adds monitoring, incident handling, policy, recovery controls, versions, and audit history.

Who is early access for?

Teams running business-critical workflows that need clearer failure handling, controlled recovery, and an auditable operating model without handing their infrastructure to another platform.

Which workflow platforms are supported?

n8n is the first integration target. We are also learning from teams using Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, Kestra, and other workflow systems so the reliability model is not tied to one engine.

Does Orchestria automatically change production workflows?

Observation is the default. Known, low-risk actions may be permitted by explicit policy; higher-risk recovery remains authorized, versioned, and recoverable.

Where does Orchestria run?

Hosted Orchestria is the default early-access path. A self-hosted deployment remains available for teams with compliance, private-network, or infrastructure-ownership requirements.

Is AI required for incident handling?

No. Deterministic classification and policy come first. Claude is the first planned provider for ambiguous diagnosis during early access, with redacted inputs, structured output validation, confidence controls, and human review. This capability is not yet publicly available.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We securely store your environment brief, review it for early-access fit, and contact you at the email address you provide as cohorts open. Joining does not create an account or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

How is my waitlist information handled?

Waitlist submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and used only to evaluate and coordinate Orchestria early access. We do not sell the information or store raw IP addresses with your submission.
